That’s where David James Photography can help! Using Matterport technology, I can turn your property’s physical space into an immersive digital twin. It’s easy to explore your property and anyone with a link can access it from their devices web browser; whether it’s a smartphone, tablet or computer.
How does it work?
1. Contact for a free quote
Using the contact form or details provided, get in touch and let me know what you are looking for. Each property is different, so please let me know how many rooms and floors you have and if there are any unique features. This will allow me to give you an accurate cost for the project.
2. Property Scanned
Each room of your property will be scanned using the Ricoh Theta z1 360 Camera and Matterport software. How long will it take? That really depends on the size of the property. As an example, a 2 bedroom apartment takes approximately 40 mins to scan fully.
Before arrival: please make sure the property is cleaned and any personal items and general clutter are tidied away to give the best possible scan and representation of your property.
3. Post Production
Your virtual tour is brought together in post production. Once your property has been captured, each scan is stitched together to create an interactive dollhouse
Usually your virtual twin is available to access online within 24 hours of scanning. I will also create a short teaser video of your property’s virtual tour which can be shared with others.
4. Share
Its very simple for you to share your virtual tour with others. Anyone with a link can access it from their devices browser.
